Worked as R & D Engineer with “Desai Electronics” Pvt.Ltd. Khed-Shivapur Pune.
1994 till date
Started own Manufacturing in the year 1994 in capacitor production, “A.S. Electronics” at Khed Shivapur.
Started second unit “National Capacitors” in the year 2001 to cater to the growing needs of the Electronics / Electrical market.
1998 till date: National Project Consultancy
2007 till date Founder President “ASIAN academy of Education & Research, Pune”.
From large experience of educational services decided to start Charitable Activity Through “ASIAN academy of Education & Research, Pune”.
Asian College of Science and Commerce is started froom 2008-09 in affiliation with Savitribai Phule Pune University

- Participated in the First National Convention of Women Engineers in Sustainable Development
- In association with IL & FS Education & Technology Services Ltd., organized Empowerment of the Entrepreneur program
